Tele-health or online therapy in New York State

While most counselors offer in-office or face-to-face sessions in our Garden City therapy offices, all counselors also offer sessions via HIPAA-compliant telehealth (video conferencing). For telehealth, the secretary will reach out to you prior to your appointment and send you a link to click on to begin.

New clients are welcome and can choose between in-office at our Garden City counseling practice or telehealth sessions. If using health insurance,  we will verify your insurance information prior to your first session, and inform you in writing if you are responsible for a co-payment.  We are a Northwell Direct Tier 1 Provider and in-network with Aetna, Cigna, 1199, Medicare and Magnacare.
