We utilize various treatment techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Gestalt, and Eclectic Therapy.

We offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth services as well as in-office sessions at our welcoming Garden City therapy office location. This way you can choose what works best for you and your schedule. Sessions can take place during the day, evening or weekends.
