Life can feel out of control when you’re managing school, work, daily responsibilities and relationships. As a licensed clinical social worker, I use my clinical experience and training to help you feel more in control. I work with children, adolescents and adults and address a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, interpersonal issues and life transitions.

I am certified in evidenced based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which helps people learn how to regulate their emotions and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), which helps people that have been exposed to trauma and are experiencing trauma symptoms. Navigating life can be overwhelming especially with all of its up and downs. Oftentimes, you can become lost along the way, begin to feel numb or even feel a loss of control. I work with my clients to safely navigate through those difficult paths to where they want to be. By lending an empathetic ear, I can gain a better understanding and help you to unlock coping strategies to utilize in the real world. Together we can walk through gaining a better understanding of yourself, your feelings or what you may be battling with. With guidance, you can regain control and slowly re-frame negative thoughts and limiting beliefs resulting in inner clarity and peace.

Weather it is stress, dealing with mental illness, grief, relationship issues or maybe you are simply unsure, together we can make a start on positive pathway. I approach your therapeutic growth with compassion. My clients are all provided with that outside support that is free from judgement and full of empowerment.
